Workout Wednesday
Workout for today was simple a couple games of tennis, and then later worked a little on legs and abs real quick! My gym workout included a lot of squat variations for the legs, and Russian twists and planking for abs! Did you guys make it to the gym today?
I think I might start adding a healthy recipe to my workout Wednesday posts. What do you guys think? Feel free to share your favorites with us!
OH! I almost forgot the cute new blog design! What do you guys thing? I'm hoping this will be a little more user and viewer friendly.
