This is a simple project that cost only $20. You will need a mannequin head
(this one is made from styrofoam) some artificial flowers & Mod Podge.
Begin by cutting the flowers about 1" from the base of the flower. Then start sticking the stems into the styrofoam.
Once you have all the flowers placed in a pleasing way you can cover the
exposed styrofoam with Mod Podge. This keeps the styrofoam from getting
damaged. Let it dry and its ready to brighten up a room with a refreshing floral arrangement.
